Main Objectives

First Tier (September 2007 rollout)

Helping Hands “Support Referral Network”: Become the conduit for bringing together those in need with those who can serve and offer their gifts in various areas.  In Tier One, the focus will be on Rio members and their family/friends (Inward & Upward)

Helping Hands “Employment Network”: Primarily web-based initiative that a) brings together those who are looking for a job and those who can provide one, and b) those who have jobs to fill, in order to spread the word through the membership and others who visit www.riovistachurch.com.

Second Tier (January/February 2008 rollout)

Helping Hands “Extended Reach”: Actively seek opportunities to serve God by serving the needs of various groups within Broward/South Florida (Outward & Upward).
