Rio Vista Community Church

This is the first of three messages in a new series by the same title.  "The World that is," simply put, is the world that we live in.  Biblically speaking, this world was created in Genesis 8 out of the flood of Noah.  However, to understand the World That Is (which is our goal!), we must first understand the "World That Was."  Both worlds have the same pattern and both worlds have the same purpose.  The purpose of the created order is the heart of this message and of this series.  This message rehearses the story and purpose of the "World That Was" (Genesis 1-7) and then introduces you to the "World That Is" (Genesis 8)
